been shipped it cannot be canceled without return charges we will incur. If you choose to
cancel your order once it has shipped, or refuse shipment without notice, you will be
charged all shipping costs plus a 15% unit restocking fee, plus assembly fee and any

Claims that a unit was damaged after it was unpacked and assembled will be denied.
Claims that a unit has not been used and that there was hidden damage will be denied
after one week from delivery.
Motorized vehicles that have suffered damage beyond the simple change of parts, in the
shipping process, may be returned with prior authorization. The item must be insured for

before an item is returned.
Power scooter inc will send a BOL via email after a scheduled pickup time has been
established. The shipping document must be printed and secured to the shipment and a
copy must be given to the driver. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a
pickup. Shipping companies will not pick up units that are not wrapped and secured to a
skid or skid.

In the unlikely event that a unit is so severely damaged during shipping that it must be
returned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process takes 10-14 business days.
