Powerscooterusa.com makes delivery of your purchases simple and easy. Simply place
your order with us and we’ll ship it right to your home or business. FAST!
Please note that our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible after you place it. We
do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday
will be processed the next business day. Shipping times are average estimates only.
Your electronic signature “X” made on purchase confirms that you have read the Terms
and Conditions of the Agreement of Sale and the Warranty Policy and has the same effect
as if you had signed it in ink. In telephone orders, the shipping, return and repair policies
are sent in a separate document

with an accurate estimate of shipping and processing times. The average processing and
shipping time is around two weeks.
Orders cannot be canceled or refused due to long transit times. For best results, if you
have a (birthday, holiday gift, etc.) always order well in advance. We are not responsible
for exact delivery times. Adding a vehicle assembly option may add an additional 14
business days to the normal delivery time.
Once a vehicle has been packed, inspected, and loaded at one of our premier LTL
carriers, you’ll be provided with a tracking number and a link to the company’s live tracking
system. Please understand that these are large freight shipments. You will not receive
hour by hour updates.

major LTL transportation carriers to deliver vehicles, shipping time averages an additional
seven to ten business days after warehouse processing. During the holiday seasons, the

MISSED DELIVERIES
When a shipment is offered for delivery, and through no fault of the Carrier, such delivery
cannot be made, the additional delivery attempt made will be subject to a fee of up to
$560. If an item cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, an address that is
inaccessible due to road conditions, narrow or blocked streets, unsafe conditions, the
customer is responsible for all shipping charges. shipping and restocking charges.
Returned shipments will be subject to freight rates and restocking charges.
URGENT HANDLING
Expedited or expedited shipping is not available for large LTL items. Powerscooterusa.com
offers Rush HANDLING which can save a day or two in the order processing process.
Your order will have priority in the warehouse for handling and loading. Shipping still takes
an average of 5-7 business days once an item has been uploaded. Each item ships via a
consolidated freight system. We are not hiring a private truck to pick up your item and
deliver it to your home.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
The factory carefully packages your product to protect it from damage during shipping. The
metal frame, cardboard, and wrapping are there to help absorb the rough handling that
occurs with these large items. Damage to this outer box is normal and is not a reason to
refuse a shipment. Customer who refuses a shipment due to packaging damage may be
subject to cancellation and freight charges. If a shipment is refused for damage, Power
scooter inc will inspect the item upon its return to our warehouse and issue a refund within
48 hours. Customer agrees to allow Power scooter inc to ship replacement parts, touch up
paint for any damage that occurs in shipment. Refusing a shipment for minor cosmetic
damage will be considered a refused shipment and charges will apply.
ADDITIONAL FEES RURAL DELIVERIES, MILITARY BASES, COLLEGE CAMPUS AND
SECURE FACILITIES
We do not ship directly to Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Hawaii. However, we
will gladly ship to a freight forwarding company. Additionally, certain areas in the lower 48
may require a freight fee. Those areas include, but are not limited to, New England, New
York City and the surrounding boroughs including Long Island, North Dakota, parts of
Oregon, California, Washington, Florida Keyes and parts of New England and any other
areas that have LTL limited. service. Areas that are not accessible to large trucks will need
to schedule a delivery or pickup at the cargo terminal. These arrangements must be made
prior to the unit being shipped or reshipping fees may apply if a change is necessary after
shipment.
Shipping to government facilities, military bases, post office exchanges, college campuses,
and airport service facilities may require customers to pay additional fees. Shipping
companies may experience long delays and may charge more at these locations.
Shipping instructions for fully assembled and bulk boxed units.
Due to the large size of some fully assembled units (Scooter, UTV, larger go-karts, larger
trikes,) and large unassembled units in boxes, the trucking company may not have a lift

gate that is capable of lowering truck bed unit. Please note that when choosing a fully
assembled unit or a large unassembled unit in a box, you may be required to choose one
of the following options to receive your unit:
1) Select an alternate location where we can deliver your cargo. This alternate location
must have a loading dock and/or forklift that can remove your cargo from the truck bed.
2) Fix the forklift, skid steer or large machine and manually remove its load from the truck
bed.
3) Pick up your cargo at a local cargo terminal with a flatbed or car trailer. Power scooter
inc is not responsible for the cost of flatbed rental or towing.
CAR CARRIER DELIVERY
Some large units are assembled and shipped using specialized carriers. These car
carriers will receive the customers’ contact information and be provided with the buyer’s
phone number. These units ship fully assembled and ready to roll off the vehicle. In some
cases, the battery will disconnect. Shipping Damage Policy applies to these units.
RECEIVE YOUR VEHICLE SHIPPING AND ASSEMBLY
REMEMBER!
You are responsible for performing any setup/”POI” that would normally be performed by a
dealer. i.e. installing rear view mirrors, setting up and connecting the battery, checking the
tightness of all wheel bolts and spokes, checking and securing all electrical connections,
nuts, bolts, changing the oil, etc. Items such as loose hardware and parts damaged by
loose hardware and components are not covered by the warranty. It is recommended that
a thread locking agent such as Loctite be used on all hardware to help prevent hardware
loss. Occasionally, on some units, it may be necessary to perform other routine
checks/adjustments, such as adjusting the idle speed setting and air/fuel mixture screws
on the carburetor or cleaning it, mounting and checking tires or rims, drilling or tighten
mounting holes, clean carburetor, check cables for proper connection, adjust clutch, adjust
chain slack and alignment (if applicable), to achieve optimum performance from your
vehicle. Remember, it is your responsibility to check nuts and bolts for tightness, even on
assembled units. We will be happy to assist you with any additional technical questions
you may have.
IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH ASSEMBLY OF A GAS MOTOR,
MOTORCYCLE, SCOOTER, ATV, BIKE OR ANY PRODUCT THAT RUNS WITH GAS,
WE SUGGEST YOU HAVE A LOCAL MECHANIC ASSEMBLE AND PREPARE IT FOR
YOU. We can ship your new unit directly to a local store.
Since you’re buying online or by phone order, direct from the warehouse, you’re likely
saving over half the price of buying from a retail dealership, you’ll need to do final PDI
assembly (as above). This can generally take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes or more,
depending on your vehicle and skill level. While we are happy to assist you with any
technical support, we will not accept returns of your unit if you are unable to perform these
functions yourself and/or refuse to let a professional auto shop do it for you. By placing an
order with Power scooter inc, you agree to these terms as part of your purchase.

LABOR TO REPAIR THE UNIT OR REPLACE PARTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Power scooter inc does not pay or reimburse any labor costs under any circumstances.
The factory parts warranty covers any defective manufacturer parts that have not been
damaged or broken while driving. Factory warranty covers engine parts for 90 days
depending on model (or unless extended warranty is purchased) from date of purchase,
factory warranty covers engine and electrical parts only, and parts must be sent for
replacement as soon as possible. required by the factory. The warranty does NOT cover
worn parts, initial setup costs, OR LABOR. Any problem is to be diagnosed by the buyer
and you can call our technical support to help you diagnose the problem. Replacement
parts need to be returned and then the new part will be sent to you.
Power scooter inc offers extended parts warranties on most models of the vehicles we sell.
Your parts warranty will be extended for as long as you select and purchase. All extended
warranties are non-refundable after purchase. You cannot purchase an extended warranty
after you have received your vehicle.

How do I get my manufacturing declaration of origin (MSO) and bill of sale for the record?
All scooters, trikes or street legal vehicles will require the MSO (factory title) and a bill of
sale in order to register. SUVs can be titled, follow the same procedure.
We do not automatically submit registration documents to prevent a lost shipment from
being recorded. We require a phone call to 786-3108688 an msn or an email to
powerscootermiami@gmail.com to request that these documents be sent by US mail.
Most states do not require a notary’s signature on titles. We do our best to know which
ones require this extra step which adds a few days to the process. The customer is 100%
responsible for all taxes, fees and costs associated with local registration.
Please understand that DMV laws in each state are different. Be sure to research and
understand the DMV laws in your area regarding any vehicle before making your
purchase. Power scooter inc , we only provide you with an MSO and bill of sale. In
addition, you should check your state laws to determine what is required to use your
purchase on the street or on public or private land. Power scooter inc is not responsible for
ensuring that your purchase is legal to use within your jurisdiction.
Guaranteed delivery for Christmas
Powerscooterusa.com has been offered a special shipping offer for the holiday period of
November 15th to December 12th. For an additional fee, our warehouses will give
shipping top priority for Express customers. Our shipping companies would deliver before
December 24 if the order is placed before December 01. If your cargo does not arrive,
powercooterusa.com will not issue a refund for the additional shipping cost paid by the
customer. If the shipping companies were unable to contact you for an appointment for
delivery before Christmas due to missed phone calls or incorrect phone numbers you
provided, or were unable to accept the shipment due to your vacation plan, we will not
refund the charges.

powerscooterusa.com will not refund the customer any amount beyond the Express
Holiday fee charged on the order. We have no control once the cargo is loaded and there
are many factors in the time it takes for a package to reach its destination. Special
treatment and expedited handling are offered through our carriers and suppliers. If a unit
arrives with minor damage that requires parts replacement, powerscooterusa.com will ship
the parts as described in our shipping policy and we will not issue a refund for the express
shipping portion of a purchase.
All other terms and conditions of sale apply to shipments booked under the terms of this
special handling offer. Be sure to review all of our shipping and handling terms when
placing orders.
Assembled orders must be received by November 15 to qualify for the Express Guarantee.
